Responding to Conflict
Our services assist employers with responding to conflict in a timely and thorough manner, thereby maximizing the opportunity to informally resolve claims and to take whatever corrective measures may be needed.

Investigations - We offer both administrative and EEO investigations. We know that an investigation must be complete down to the very last detail. That is why all of our investigators are employees and not sub-contractors, and receive on-going training and supervision. At Resolution Services, we take the time and effort to understand the individual needs of our clients and provide personal, customized services.

EEO Counseling - We believe the vast majority of workplace conflicts can be resolved if attended to properly at the EEO counseling stage. Our counselors are trained to assist the parties in understanding the legal and procedural aspects of their claim and in seeking creative ways to resolve it.

Written Final Agency Decisions for EEO Complaints - We offer expert Final Agency Decision writing services. Each FAD writer is an attorney well versed in EEO Law and practice. Our FADs include a complete factual and procedural summary in addition to a logical, well-reasoned analysis. Our legal analyses are cited with statutes, case law, EEOC regulations, and appropriate citations to the Report of Investigation for easy review. As with all of our services, quality and timeliness are the two most important factors.

Preventing Conflict
At Resolution Services, we believe many workplace conflicts can be avoided. We assist employers with implementing policies and procedures to create a professional, productive work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and workplace violence. In addition, we train both management and line staff to help prevent EEO complaints and other grievances from occurring. A sample of our course offerings include:
